- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We don’t cover these additional charges.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Eligibility
To qualify for return/exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
For safety/hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened/used Electronic Scent Elimination devices
- Food Attractants and Elk Scent products
- Foot & Underarm Deodorant
- Insect & Tick Repellent
- Used, altered, or damaged items
6.3 Return Process

- We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship item to: Wildmark Outdoor Store Returns, 3678 Hamill Avenue, Des Moines, US 50368
- Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours
- Refund/Exchange processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
6.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
