Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak hunting seasons (September-November), processing may take slightly longer as we work to serve active hunters.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your hunting gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of Asia and some remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our hunting gear with the same confidence you have in your equipment when you’re in the field. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can exchange or return items as easily as tracking game trails.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electronic Scent Elimination devices (once opened/used)
  • Food Attractants and Elk Scent products
  • Foot & Underarm Deodorant
  • Insect & Tick Repellent
  • Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Clearly indicate in your email whether you’d like:

  • A different size/color of the same item
  • A different product of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases

We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
